Today we completed the Spool Bracket Design project. After completing the project, do you feel that your design meets the requirements of the design criteria and how do you feel you performed overall with the project?
Today I made a Helicopter pad using SOLIDWORKS. I made the helicopter pad by first making a rectangle by adding dimensions on all 4 sides sides by 7.25. Then after, I extruded the rectangle by 0.1125 inches. Later I fillet the 4 side corner. After that I created a circle at the center of my square. I dimensioned my circle diameter by 6.50. I extruded the circle by 0.225 inches. After then, I put 4 small holes on each side of the rectangle. I added another small square inside the circle, then I extruded it. And Lastly, I put my name inside the small rectangle I made inside the circle. It was kind of difficult making the helicopter pad because I missed lot’s of classes and I had to have help from Willy, Sandy, and Darius in order to complete my helicopter pad.
